Capturar foto en formulario ?

Amigos quisiera saber si alguien es tan amable de ayudarme con el siguiente problema, estoy programando un sistema de registro de visitantes de una empresa en la cual se ingresan nombres, no. de identificacion y sitio al cual van a ir, ademas de registrar la fecha y hora de entrada y la hora y fecha de salida, ademas de capturar la foto a traves de una camara digital, el problema lo tengo en que no encuentro la forma de capturar la foto dentro del mismo formulario de registro de visitantes (en donde por ejemplo se haga con un picture y un boton de comando para capturar), es decir donde estan los .txt de sus datos, ademas de que no encuentro como registrar la hora actual y vincularla a una base de datos. lo estoy elaborando en visual basic 6.0 y una base de datos en access 2003. Gracias por cualquier ayuda que me puedan dar.....Muchas gracias de antemano..
